My educational philosophy is simple, when you take the time to develop the whole child, s/he can realize success academically and in life. This has been my strategy for more than 20 years. Whether I'm teaching students or helping educators find their “teacher superpowers,” it is important to provide the foundation for both so that all can be successful.

I am intentional in my approach to cultivate the instructors’ innate skills, while helping them discover their strengths and abilities to teach students effectively. My goal, in the short term, is to expose educators to new strategies, ideas and philosophies that impact student development. My goal, long-term, is to broaden the educational perspective of instructors and embolden them to utilize new and effective techniques to inspire the next generation of global thinkers who will ultimately change our world!
